This proposal presents a Rapid Response plan to enable SpeX+MORIS observations for such events. Rationale for three types of events are presented: [I] encounter inside of 0.001 AU, [II] asteroid discovered on an impacting trajectory, [III] discovery of a very low delta-v object. Roughly 1 ToO per year is expected. PROGRAM_ABSTRACT_END
