PROGRAM_ABSTRACT_BEG
We propose to investigate a newly discovered family in the inner-Main Belt reported to be >4 Gyrs-old in its connection to other families in the inner-Main Belt. We will take NIR spectra of our targets belonging to this newly discovered family and compare them to the NIR spectrum found in the literature of nearby families in the inner-Main belt. One of the outcomes of our observations could be that the spectra of our primordial family targets could be similar to those of other inner-Main belt families possibly suggesting a link between the primordial families in the inner-Main Belt.
