We will observe UX Tau A, a T Tauri star in the Taurus star-forming region. JWST observations have revealed significant variability in the MIR continuum of this object. The MIR continuum is tracing emission from the inner disk rim, which also emits radiation in the NIR. Here we will use SpeX to measure the timescale of NIR variability in UX Tau A. With these SpeX observations we will test if the variability is related to material at the co-rotation radius. The stellar rotation period of UX Tau A is 5 days.
