We propose a magnitude-limited survey of CO gas in Protoplanetary Disks observable with iSHELL from Mauna Kea, to provide a spectral database with strong and lasting value to the community. We use iSHELL with its high-resolution slits [0.375' and 0.75'] to cover M band [4.52-5.25 um] emission from CO gas in disks visible in this semester. This program complements data that has already been obtained with iSHELL in previous semesters toward building a total sample of ~100 disks, and will provide a high-quality homogeneous dataset at high spectral resolution and high signal-to-noise. This dataset will enable multiple investigations crossing fields of disks, winds, and exoplanets, to study the structure, kinematics, composition, and evolution of the inner 10 au in Protoplanetary Disks. These data and investigations are particularly timely and important to complement extensive campaigns that are now observing all bright disks at optical, infrared, and millimeter wavelengths, looking for structures and planets forming in their outer regions [> 10 au].
