On 12/23/2007, did a tcs3 pointing run, using new procedure:
   96 stars  for run on 23Jan
    8 stars for a quick benchmark (not enough time for full benchmark).

   pointing.dat  - point data generated by tcs3.
   pointing.ape  - Encoder data generated by tcs3.

Ran tpoint on data using pointing.dat
Results are:

   pointing_coeff.txt  - new coefficients.
   pointing.ps  - tpoint graphs.
   pointing.pdf  - converted .ps to .pdf
   tpoint_log.dat  - log of tpoint session.

Graphs the APE vs MOUNT data, benchmark1.ape:
   pointing_ape.pdf  - Graphs using .ape data.
   ape.gp  - Gnuplot script to produce the scripts.

   NOTE: New ratios improved the Encoder and APE. Error in the 10's, in 0712
        the errors were 400 for HA, 600 for dec.

Ran out of time on the 23Jan, so benchmark.dat is just a 15 star run, but
just when to 8 of the stars (skip some).

DAY2 - Did a real benchmark (28 stars)

   b2_coeff.txt  - new coefficients.
   b2.ps  - tpoint graphs.
   b2.pdf  - converted .ps to .pdf

   b2_ape.pdf  - Graphs using .ape data.

Later, I modified TCS3 to used HCEC and DCEC. Sky RMS went from 20.07 to 12.59.
