The first thing we did is to update the controlle to the latest
firmware. The sync the controller and mint option card with 
the same firmware release.

This was done on 2012-Aug.

1. When 1st getting the system online. It report the following error:

	Controller Errors:
	PDO data is invalid
	PDO data is invalid
	Mint option card firmware version mismatch

	Axis 1 Errors:
	PDO data is not present (Cn to Mn)
	PDO data is not present (Mn to Cn)

	Axis 2 Errors:
	PDO data is not present (Cn to Mn)
	PDO data is not present (Mn to Cn)

2. A firmware update can be done within the Wint WorkBench:

	Help->Firmware Updates...
	   bring up a dialog box that download the firmware from baldor.
		Downloaded the Build 5633, 17Aug2012, for the MotiFlex e100

	Download to controller:   
	   select "Tools->Download Firmware ...", Select Firmware from list.
		Selected the Build 5633

3. Performed update on all controllers by: 
      Running Mint Machine Center.
		"Launch WorkingBench" for that controller.
		Doing "Tool->Download Firmware ...".

The Mint option card firmware version mismatch error is gone.
