2014-02-21 Spex Cool Down #2.

On Apr 28, 2014 the actual H2RG and aladdin (1024x1024 old bigdog) array were installed in spex.
Spex was cooled down starting at 7pm on Apr 28. Here is a graph of the cooldown.
