2014-02-21 Spex Cool Down #2.

On Feb 20, 2014 the engineering H2RG and aladdin (old_guidedog array) was installed in spex with
the new IARC internal wiring and array mounts. IARC controller mount onto spex.

Spex was cooled down starting at 7pm on Feb 21. Here is a graph of the cooldown.
