Barely 10% of potentially hazardous and accessible [low delta-V] NEOs have physical characterization. We prioritize our proposed SpeX observations toward reconnaissance supporting future missions, recognizing the science return is long-term. Strategically we target those objects observable now [often also radar opportunities], which are not favorable again for decades.
