Focus Collimation Tool (FCT)

FCT (Focus Collimation Tool) is an IDL application for the IRTF to help with focusing and collimating the telescope. Heavy based on the autofocus tool.

   FCT runs in stefan:10:
      vncviewer stefan:10

   FCT Not running in it's vnc session?  ....in an xterm: 
      start_fct
