Report on DSP B-card errors

Observers have reported a spate of DSP B-card errors when using CSHELL. It is not completely clear what is causing all of these errors, although some of them are certainly due to attempts by the observer to abort a macro/script using the STOP button at the top of the CSHELL XUI panel. We recommend that observers use the CANCEL button at the bottom of the macro window when attempting to interrupt a running macro. This should prevent some of the B-card errors from occurring.
Should a B-card error occur, type goinit on the command line. This will un-freeze CSHELL, and allow the observer to continue observing. It is usually NOT necessary to re-boot the CSHELL instrument computer.
