Please note that IRTF facility instrumentation is provided as documented on our web site (http://irtfweb.ifa.hawaii.edu); modifications for individuals are usually not possible unless agreed upon by IRTF staff adequately in advance. Driving IRTF vehicles is a privilege granted to observers with valid driver's license. Please read and obey our vehicle policy. This includes using IRTF vehicles only for official travel between Hilo, Hale Pohaku, and the summit at the times you have indicated.
