Daniel Huber    

The coming years promise a revolution in our understanding of
fundamental properties (such as radii, masses and ages) of exoplanets
and their host stars driven by space-based data releases from Gaia and
TESS. I will discuss recent advances and the role of ground-based
follow-up facilities such as IRTF in these efforts.
