Installation of the 4 dome vents and 2 solar panel assemblies 
was completed on October 20th, 2008.

Description:

Passive vent assemblies were removed and the top sections
were salvaged to be reused on the new boxes.  Industrial
grade roof heat vents with a solar panel were purchased 
a year or so ago.  The solar panel and the fans were removed
from the commercial units.

Two solar panels were mounted together as a single unit and
affixed to the railings on top of the dome.

The four fan and motors were remounted in new boxes.

The boxes were constructed of 10 gauge galvanized sheet metal
with 1" galvanized angle iron.  These pieces were attached
with numerous 1/8" steel rivets.  Corners were then sealed
with aluminum tape.

All electrical connections were either sealed with silicon
tape or marine grade RTV glue.  Connections were either soldered
to terminals or crimped with in-line connections.
