startcat released for beta testing. See 10.26.tony_email.txt to Dave.
Other that some major tcs communication bug, the applicattion
seem work ok. Dave asked the other TO for comments.

Bill responded with some significant changes: 11.03.bill_email.txt.
Tony's response: 11.05.tony_email.txt.

It seem the standard Henry Draper catalog isn't enough. As there
are some extension to the HD catalog. Also there were some 
suggest for using catalogs other that SAO to improve the HD positions.
I compiled the series of emails into 1 file: 11.06.HD_mails.txt.

Bill reported some bugs/suggestion. Some changes were made and starcat2 installed. See
email for details.

Requested changes

- wrap search: wrap searches around 00:00 to 23:59 should be fixed.
- exclusive choices for selecting catalogs.
- Clicking on column to sort. (might be hard).
