Data Archive Instructions

  • First, click on 'Archive' to begin the process.

  • To help us keep statistics on the archive, we ask that you register with your name, institute if you have one, and your email address.

  • Once you are registered, you will see a page with the various observing runs. A run is defined as consecutive days under the same program.

  • Select the data sets you are interested in and click the button at the bottom of the page.

  • The next screen will let you download the file containing the files you requested. You should also receive an email at the address you provided containing the link for the download. You have 7 days in which to use it, after which it will expire.

  • The data are divided into subdirectories based on program, then date and instrument. The log information, if it exists, is in a subdirectory at the same level as the data files.

  • Please note that it may take several minutes after clicking the Request Data button for your download to be ready. The more data you select, the longer it will take to build the download file.
