A DIY motorized Adjustable Desk.

I built a motorized desk lift for my work office, so I can work standing up or sitting down.
As a computer programmer, I sit down too much. I was inspiratied by this:
   Instructable's Electric Height Adjustable Desk.

My build is very similar:
   A botton base telescoping tube.
   A top telescoping tube.
Actuators with 2x4 block that goes inside the tubes.

The 3 parts are not attached. The actuators are inside the telescoping tubes,
and just push the tops up.

Made mine so that I could just slide it under my exsting computer table.
I wanted the option to stand for part of the day, and sit when I wanted to.

My Notes Used visio to dimension out the wood before cutting. Also shows the parts
used for the actutator control box.

Purchases

Purchased 2 actuators from Amazon ($140). Digikey provide the electrical parts ($90), and a few
trips to home depot for wood (maybe about $70). Misc stuff like paint, screws, wiring came
from our work shop (I work for a telecope so we build stuff here), or home.
