IRTF VEHICLE SCHEDULE

  Approved users gets assigned a date and time to use the vehicle for transit between
 the IFA and HP ONLY. The rest of the time, each vehicle (with key) should be made 
 available for others to use for transits between HP and the IRTF.

 Please adhere to these assignments. RETURN the keys to their respective lock box 
                  after each transit, so others might use the vehicles.

     A GASOLINE CREDIT CARD with instructions is in the key holder pouch.

        WHEN REQUESTED, VEHICLES ARE ASSIGNING AS FOLLOWS:
  
                                                                      
IRTF vehicles will no longer be specifically assigned. Just open the Keybox
and take the keys for any vehicle in the lot (if the key is there but no vehicle,
check the upper lot at the IFA or the lower lot at HP), in accordance to the limitations below:

IRTF 3, IRTF 4, IRTF 5, IRTF 6, IRTF 7 and IRTF 8 all have numbered key holders.
These vehicles are approved to go all the way to the summit.

IRTF 1 has a green key holder
It is NOT approved to go above Hale Pohaku

IRTF 6 has a red key holder.
A flat bed truck that can be used if no other vehicle is available.

All vehicles have Federal GSA license plates, the logo "IRTF #" on the
windshield and the rear window. All have automatic transmissions.
